i would recommend goign on a water or juice fast, it has to be juice you made with a juicer and not adding sugar. The fast is healthy as long as it doen’t exceed 1-40 days. The one and most IMPORTANT RULE is to listen to your body! If you are, after a 3 day period, untorlorably hungry, then eat! But only after 3 days, because of course you’ll be hungry the first 3 days.
